~ Explain your spring look and how everything goes together ♡♡
 
Outfit: The outfit I put together for this look, is something I would wear on a casual spring day, while enjoying the day at home, or relaxing with friends/family. The first thing that comes to mind when I think of spring fashion is florals, and so when I came across the tank top, I just had to put include it in this set! I chose a pair of light blue denim shorts because I thought it complimented the floral tank, and to finish the outfit, I’ve included a long sleeved mocha colored cardigan, that gives the outfit kind of an earthy tone, which I think is perfect for the chillier days of spring :) To top off the look, I've included a flower crown, which I think adds the perfect touch to this spring look :) Lastly, I know you are all probably wondering why I haven’t included any shoes in the set :)!? The reason for this will be explained a little later on =)
 
Makeup: I believe spring makeup is all about being simple, fresh and natural looking, so I tried to create a look that combined all those elements. First, I would start off with some tinted moisturizer to hydrate my skin with a sheer hint of color for a healthy, dewy glow. Next, I would use some mascara, either in black or brown, to give a little bit of definition to my eyes. Then, I would add some light pink lip gloss, something that will give me a “my lips but better” look. And to top it off, I would use a few sprays of Sheer Love by Victoria’s Secret -- a soft, floral scent (white cotton and pink lily), which I think is ideal for spring! <3
 
~ What is your favorite element in the set? ♡♡
 
My favorite element in the set would have to be the colors. I feel that pastel colors are the perfect springtime colors. They symbolize rebirth, new growth, and new beginnings. With the arrival of spring, Mother Nature brings us new life in the form of blossoming flowers and plants, and melts away all the snow from winter, bringing nicer, warmer weather :)
 

~ What look inspired your set? ♡♡
 
This set was inspired by all the things and activities I love about spring: Planting flowers and watching them bloom over the season, going for walks on the beach and smelling the fresh air and feeling the warmth of the sun, laying in the grass with friends, and having picnics, sitting outside on the deck in my backyard and reading a book, or writing, and going fishing! And the best thing about these activities is that they don’t require any shoes, which is why I didn’t include any in my outfit haha! There are a whole bunch of other things I love to do, but these are some of my faves! xD
